Egypt is a spectacularly beautiful country filled with cultural gems. It is also known for its ancient treasures and outstanding history surreal waters and wide beaches with golden sand to remarkable architecture and natural therapies, Egypt is definitely a bucket-list worthy country.

6.EGYPTIAN MUSEUM
The museum is on of the world’s greatest museum collections and a treasure trove of the Pharaonic world. The faded pink mansion is home to a dazzling amount of exhibits with little labeling on offer and not much chronological order, but that's half of its old-school charm. The fascinating royal mummies exhibits and golden glory of King Tutankhamen can be found upstairs. At every corner of the museum you will find some wonderful pieces of ancient art or statuary that would form a highlight of any other museum.
7.SIWA OASIS
This gorgeous little oasis, surrounded by date palm plantations and numerous fresh water springs, is one of the Western Desert's most picturesque spots and is situated way out west. The town is centred around the ruins of a mud-brick citadel that dominates the view.This is an excellent base to wind down and go slow for a few days as well as planning adventures into the surrounding desert.
8.ST. CATHERINE’S MONASTERY
Standing at the foot of Mount Sinai, where Moses is said to have received the Ten Commandments, the monastery is one of the oldest. The monastery is home to an incredible collection of religious iconography, art, and manuscripts as well as the home of the burning bush. Tourists can also hike up Mount Sinai to see sunrise or sunset or take the camel path for the easy route or climb the famous Steps of Repentance if you want better views.
9.ABYDOS TEMPLE
The temple is one of ancient Egypt’s most fascinating artistic treasures. With its chunky columns and walls, covered in beautiful hieroglyphics and intricate paintings, they are spell-binding sights, and even better, you can admire them without the crowds as despite its dazzling beauty, it receives few visitors compared to the temples in nearby Luxor.
10.MOSQUE OF IBN TULUN
As one of the oldest mosques in Cairo and commissioned between 876 and 879AD by Ahmad ibn Tulun, the Abbassid governor of Egypt. It is constructed around a courtyard, with one covered hall on each of the four sides. The minaret, which features a helical outer staircase similar to that of the famous minaret in Samarra, was probably built several centuries later.
