I don't have Madhuri's(Rani's)email address but I wanted to thank you all for all the effort and understanding, care and personalized treatment that I have received through this entire process of planning our holiday. Thank you for being just a phone call away and the invaluable advice that you have always given me.
Needless to say, we will always use your agency in the future and will highly recommend it to our family and friends who all love to travel!!!
Already looking forward to our holiday after this(Egypt...maybe)!!"
I trust that you are well.
Just to let you know that we arrived back home yesterday safe and sound after a most enjoyable holiday.
A special thank you to Samantha for arranging this package which met with our full expectations apart from the accommodation saga in Singapore.
The efficiency of the airport transfers was remarkable, the best being the agent in Phuket. We were handed packaged tour brochures by the agent awaiting our arrival at the airport and were told that her boss would meet us at the hotel at 3.00pm. He (Mr A) was there and we arranged our entire outing for Phuket in no time including making the payment in cash there and then. Mr A also gave us a run down of do's and don'ts in Phuket. If your agents at the other destinations could take a leaf out of the Phuket agents books then it would save your travelers from having to arrange their own tours.
Once again on behalf of Mr & Mrs Matai and Nalini and myself, thank you to you and your team for a most enjoyable and memorable holiday."
Kind regards. Pravesh
