I trust that you are well.
Just to let you know that we arrived back home yesterday safe and sound after a most enjoyable holiday.
A special thank you to Samantha for arranging this package which met with our full expectations apart from the accommodation saga in Singapore.
The efficiency of the airport transfers was remarkable, the best being the agent in Phuket. We were handed packaged tour brochures by the agent awaiting our arrival at the airport and were told that her boss would meet us at the hotel at 3.00pm. He (Mr A) was there and we arranged our entire outing for Phuket in no time including making the payment in cash there and then. Mr A also gave us a run down of do's and don'ts in Phuket. If your agents at the other destinations could take a leaf out of the Phuket agents books then it would save your travelers from having to arrange their own tours.
Once again on behalf of Mr & Mrs Matai and Nalini and myself, thank you to you and your team for a most enjoyable and memorable holiday."
Kind regards. Pravesh
I don't have Madhuri's(Rani's)email address but I wanted to thank you all for all the effort and understanding, care and personalized treatment that I have received through this entire process of planning our holiday. Thank you for being just a phone call away and the invaluable advice that you have always given me.
Needless to say, we will always use your agency in the future and will highly recommend it to our family and friends who all love to travel!!!
Already looking forward to our holiday after this(Egypt...maybe)!!"
Sorry did not contact you as soon as we arrived. We had a nice time. The days were just enough to see the place. If we stayed one more day extra we would have got bored. The agent was very efficient and spoke fluent English and the meals in the package was excellent . For Leons birthday they had a cake will send you pictures. Thanks a million once again for all your assistance. Please convey our message to Rani."

I wish to place on record my heartfelt thanks for the excellent service that I received from you regarding my tour of India and Dubai. Your efficiency and professionalism was of the highest standard. You were always available to attend to concerns and questions and eventually ensured that everything went well.
My wife and I were really impressed and wish to extend our good wishes to you and especially Shaylan, who was tasked to attend to my trip arrangements. I also appreciate your prompt intervention when it was required. it was reassuring to know that support was just a call away.

Kuala Lumpur, or "KL" as it is commonly known, is the focal point of new Malaysia and is the federal capital city in Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur's past is still present in the British colonial buildings of the Dataran Merdeka and the midnight lamps of the Petaling Street night market. The city's bustling streets and shining modern office towers, with its cosmopolitan air, project an unbounded spirit of progress and symbolize Malaysia's unhesitating leap into the future. For some people Kuala Lampur has lost its ancient cultural traditions, but in many ways KL marks the continuation rather than the loss of Malaysia's rich past.
Kuala Lumpur has played host too many international sporting, political and cultural events. Including the 1998 Commonwealth Games and the Formula One Grand Prix. Kuala Lumpur is home to the Petronas Twin Towers which have become an iconic symbol of Malaysia's futuristic development and has been featured in many Hollywood blockbusters
The weather in Kuala Lumpur is hot and humid with essentially two seasons. There is a dry season during May to September and a wet season from mid-November to March. Kuala Lumpur receives rain on about 200 days of the year with steady temperatures throughout the year averaging between 22°C and 32°C.
Hailed as the Twin Jewels of Kuala Lumpur, a visit to KL is not complete if you have not visited the Petronas towers. The 88-story chrome and steel towers are the headquarters of Malaysia's oil and gas company – Petronas.
Chinatown is a well known bargain hunter's paradise that seemingly never sleeps. Deeply immersed in Oriental culture, heritage and history, Chinatown is undoubtedly one of the most popular tourist spots in Malaysia. Representing Malaysia's multicultural background perfectly, you can find all sorts of stuff, from Chinese herbs to imitation goods
Aquaria KLCC is located on the concourse level of the Kuala Lampur Convention Center. The Aquaria KLCC is said to be largest aquarium in the world and is home to over 150 species of marine life. It boasts its star attractions being tiger sharks, lethal sea snakes, blue rays, bright coral fish, seahorses and many more.
One of Kuala Lampur's most frequented tourist attractions is Batu Caves. It is a limestone hill comprising of three main caves and a few smaller ones. Featuring idols and statues erected inside the main cave and around it. This temple has limestone formations said to be around 400 million years old. There are 272 steps to access the caves and during Thaipusam thousands of Hindu devotees come to this site to perform religious rites.
Malaysian food can get rather spicy and hot. Always bring medication for stomach upset or diarrhea if you have had problems with spicy food or stomach upset. Pack your sunscreen.
